Welcome to Prism. These terms are a contract between you and EISEN PARTNERS L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company (“Prism,” “we,” “us”), covering your use of prismbet.app and everything on it (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
We’ve written these in plain language on purpose. The plain language is the contract.
Prism is a bet tracking and analytics platform. You record bets you placed elsewhere, and Prism organizes, settles, analyzes, and explains them.
Prism is not a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, or gambling operator of any kind. You cannot place a wager on Prism. No money is ever staked on, through, or with Prism. The odds, lines, scores, and probabilities shown on the Service are informational market data, not offers to bet. Prism is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any sportsbook or prediction market.
Nothing on Prism is betting, financial, or investment advice. Odds, scores, probabilities, settlement results, and every analytic we compute come from third-party data sources and our own automated systems, and they can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. Always verify anything that matters against your sportsbook’s own records. Every betting decision you make — and every result of it — is yours alone.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. Prism itself involves no gambling, but the betting activity you track is subject to the laws where you live — complying with those laws is your responsibility, not ours.
Sign up with a real email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and don’t share an account. You’re responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at contact@prismbet.app if you think your account has been compromised.
Core tracking is free. Prism Pro is a paid subscription — currently $19.99/month or $119.99/year — billed through Stripe. New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial: you add a card, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your card is charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically— monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → manage subscription; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don’t prorate partial periods. We may change prices with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal, never mid-period.
The bets, tags, and notes you put into Prism are yours. You give us the license we need to store, process, and display them back to you — that’s what the Service is. You can export your full bet history as a CSV, and you can delete your account (section 12). Tags and notes are always private — they never appear on any public surface.
Profiles are private by default. If you choose to make yours public, your betting record — bets, results, and stats — becomes visible to anyone with the link.
Because public records are only worth something if they can be trusted, Prism keeps an audit trail: edits to bets, deletions of settled bets, and verification checks are recorded and may be reflected on public profiles (for example, a verification status on a bet, or a count of settled bets removed from a history). By using Prism you accept that this audit trail exists and may be displayed. It’s what makes an honest record provable.
You can link outside accounts — such as a Polymarket wallet, a Kalshi API key, or (when available) a sportsbook via our syncing partner — to import your bet history automatically. These links are read-only: Prism never places bets or trades, never moves money, and never has access to your funds. Credentials you provide are stored encrypted and used only to read your activity. You can unlink at any time in Settings. Third-party services have their own terms, which are between you and them.

The Prism name, brand, design, software, and analytics are ours (or our licensors’) and protected by law. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service — not ownership of any of it. If you send us feedback, we can use it without obligation.
Prism exists to make bettors sharper about their own behavior — including when the honest answer is “stop.” If gambling is no longer fun, or you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER (US) or visit ncpgambling.org.
You can stop using Prism anytime, and you can delete your account — and everything in it — yourself in Settings → delete account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, and we can modify or discontinue the Service — if we ever discontinue it entirely, we’ll give paying subscribers reasonable notice and a chance to export their data. Sections that by their nature should survive (like 13–15) survive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”We work hard on accuracy and uptime, but we don’t warrant that the Service, or any data on it, will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for your betting losses, ever, under any theory — Prism doesn’t place bets and isn’t responsible for the ones you place. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for anything arising out of the Service is capped at the greater of $100or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you.
If your misuse of the Service, your public record, or your breach of these terms gets us sued, you agree to defend and indemnify us against those claims.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides consent to jurisdiction there.
If we make material changes, we’ll notify you — by email or a notice on the Service — before they take effect. Continuing to use Prism after that means you accept the updated terms. The current version always lives at prismbet.app/terms.
