Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EISEN PARTNERS L.L.C. (“Prism,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use prismbet.app, what we do with it, and what we never do with it. Short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don’t sell your data, and your betting history is private unless you choose to make it public.

1. what we collect

• Account basics— your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash; we can’t read it).
• What you put in — the bets you track, stakes, odds, tags, notes, favorite teams, and settings.
• Linked-account data, only if you link— your Polymarket wallet’s public activity; your Kalshi fills via a read-only API key you provide (stored encrypted); your sportsbook bet history via our syncing partner (SharpSports) when you connect a book. All read-only — we can never place bets or move money.
• Payment status — on the web, subscriptions run through Stripe; in the iOS app, through Apple In-App Purchase. Stripe or Apple handles your card; we never see the full card number, only your subscription state and billing history.
• Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) from our hosting provider, used for security and debugging.

We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on the app.

2. what we do with it

• Run the product: store your bets, settle them against game results, and compute your analytics.
• Verify records: compare tracked bets against recorded market data and keep an audit trail of edits and deletions (see our Terms, section 7).
• Send transactional email: verification, receipts, password resets, and alerts you turn on. No spam; marketing email only with your consent, unsubscribable always.
• Keep the Service safe: debugging, abuse prevention, and security.

3. what we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your individual betting history with anyone unless you make your profile public, you ask us to, or the law requires it.

4. aggregated data

We may use anonymized, aggregatedstatistics — patterns across many users with all identifying information removed — to improve the product or publish insights (for example, “bettors chase losses most on Sunday nights”). Nothing aggregated can be traced back to you or your record.

5. public profiles

Your profile is private by default. If you switch it to public, your betting record — bets, results, stats, and record-integrity information — is visible to anyone with the link, until you switch it back. Your tags and notes stay private either way, always.

6. who we share with

Only the processors that run the Service: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), and SharpSports (only if you link a sportsbook). Each receives only what its job requires. Beyond that, we’d share data only if the law compels us, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy still applies and we’d notify you).

7. how long we keep it, and how you delete it

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account yourself in Settings → delete account — it removes your account, bet history, and linked accounts immediately, and cancels any active subscription. We keep only what the law requires us to retain (like billing records, which stay with our payment processor). You can export your full bet history as a CSV anytime before you go.

8. security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are hashed. API keys you link are stored encrypted. Access to production data is limited to what operating the Service requires. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we’ll tell you promptly and honestly.

9. your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data — email contact@prismbet.app and we’ll handle it. Residents of California and certain other states have specific statutory rights (access, deletion, non-discrimination, opting out of “sales” — we don’t sell data); the same email exercises them.

10. age

Prism is for adults — 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

11. changes

If we materially change this policy, we’ll notify you by email or a notice on the Service before the change takes effect. The current version always lives at prismbet.app/privacy.
